Performances, in collaboration with First Baptist Opelika Adult Choir, Auburn University Choirs, Tuskegee University Golden Voices. and East Alabama Arts, will be held at First Baptist Church, Opelika.

William C. Powell, conductor, serves as Professor of Music and director of choral activities at Auburn University. He conducts the Chamber Choir, Men's Chorus, Concert Choir, and Gospel Choir, and he teaches choral-related courses. Powell has guest conducted throughout the United States and abroad, including Australia, Italy, and Eastern Europe. He serves as a regular adjudicator for various choral festivals such as Festival Disney.
The AU Concert Choir combines the Men’s Chorus and Women’s Chorus to perform standard vocal literature.
The famous Tuskegee University Golden Voices Choir is an organization steeped in more than a century of pride and the richest of choral traditions. Since its inception, the Tuskegee choir has served as an artistic model while carving its place in American history. The Golden Voices Concert Choir is directed by Dr. Wayne A. Barr.
